TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

Minimal order amount on our site is 200 UAH

 

SELF-PICKUP:

You can pick up your order by address: Kyiv city, Zaliznychne shose, (Railway highway) 3, building 4 Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 17:30PM

Payment:

• In cash when picking up an order;

• By card VISA/MasterCard, Приват24.

 

IN KYIV:

For orders over 30,000 UAH, delivery within Kyiv is free.

Payment:

• In cash when placing an order;

• By card VISA/MasterCard, Приват24.

 

IN UKRAINE:

Shipment by delivery service “NOVA POSHTA”.

After order placement, delivery service “NOVA POSHTA” will deliver your goods within 2-3 days.

The cost of the delivery to the destination is paid by the customer, according to the “NOVA POSHTA” delivery service`s rates. Rates can be seen here: - https://novaposhta.ua/delivery. (https://novaposhta.ua/delivery)

Shipment of the orders is done every business day. If the order is placed before 12:00AM, we ship the order the same day.

Payment:

Orders up to UAH 500, as well as over UAH 5000, are paid only by bank transfer. For total orders between 500 and 4999 UAH, payment is available either by bank transfer or cash on delivery in office (in warehouse) of the delivery service when picking up an order – an additional commission is paid based on the order amount;    

ABROAD:

The cost of delivery outside Ukraine depends on the category of goods, their volume, country of destination, and the rules for shipping in this country. After placing an order, we will help you choose the best option and calculate delivery in at least three delivery services. Among the possible options: "Nova Poshta", "DHL", "Meest", "Ukrposhta".

Please note that delivery abroad is only possible with 100% prepayment.

• the method and form of payment are negotiated individually, depending on the country of destination and the cost of the order.

 

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights within 14 days from the date of purchase.

In case of defective goods, it can be returned within 14 days. The carrier is responsible for the integrity of the goods during transportation. Upon pickup of your order, please make sure that there are no defects or damage. Exchange of goods is free, but the buyer pays the cost of delivery in both directions according to the carrier's tariffs.
